G20 FINANCE MINISTERS AND CENTRAL BANK GOVERNORS MEETING 

9-10 FEBRUARY 2015, ISTANBUL

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting will be held on February 9-10, 2015 in Istanbul

2. ACCREDITATION

Members of the press who wish to cover the meeting should fill in the application form and submit the documents listed below online via http://g20.org.tr/g20press/form?type=foreign The deadline for applications is 17.00 (GMT+2), February 4^th, 2015.

a) Members of the national Turkish press should fill in the accreditation form and attach a copy of their press card and a photo. (Media members without this press card should apply with a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their official ID cards.)

b) Resident members of the international press in Turkey should fill in the accreditation form and attach a copy of their press card and a photo.

c) Members of the international press coming from abroad should fill in the accreditation form and attach a copy of their local press card, a letter of authorization from their media organization and a photo.

Incomplete applications and requests received after February 4th will not be processed.

3. LIVE BROADCAST / UPLINK VEHICLES

Uplink and other vehicles carrying technical equipment are allowed to enter the designated area and these vehicles should have separate accreditation.

Application for such vehicles should be done by filling in the vehicle application form and submitting the documents online via http://g20.org.tr/g20press/form?type=foreigncar no later than 17.00 (GMT+2) on Wednesday February 4^th, 2015.

All the fields in the accreditation forms and other related documents should be submitted properly. If not, the applications will be invalid.   Uplink and other vehicles carrying technical equipment without an accreditation card will not be allowed to enter the designated area. Press members who are not accredited cannot benefit from press facilities or arrangements.

Accreditation cards should be collected in person from the Press Desk to be set in the Istanbul Congress Center (Address: Taşkışla Caddesi Harbiye 34367 Istanbul/Turkey Tel: +90 (212) 373 99 00, Fax: +90 (212) 373 99 43) starting from 9:00 am (GMT+2) on February 7, 2015.
