Turkey’s G20 Sherpa Ambassador Ayşe Sinirlioğlu attended the special session of the OECD Council and explained priorities of the Turkish G20 Presidency to the OECD Permanent Representatives and other delegates on 13 February 2015 in Paris.
At the outset of the meeting, OECD Secretary General HE Mr. Guria introduced Ambassador Sinirlioğlu to the Council members and briefly explained the cooperation between Turkey and OECD on 2015 Turkish G20 Presidency.
Turkey’s G20 Sherpa Ambassador Sinirlioğlu made a presentation about the priorities of Turkish G20 Presidency, workplan of the G20 in 2015 and outreach activities planned to be organized. After the presentation, Permanent Representatives of several OECD members posed some questions to Ambassador Sinirlioğlu about Turkey’s G20 Presidency Priorities.
The special session was also attended by Turkey’s Permanent Representative to the OECD Ambassador Mithat Rende.
Before the special session of the OECD Council, Ambassador Sinirlioğlu had a bilateral meeting with the OECD Secretary General on areas of possible cooperation concerning Turkey’s G20 Presidency.
